Translation: The results of the Venus in the fourth house.
शोभनवान् बुद्धिमान् भ्रातृसौख्यं सुखी क्षमावान्॥ २३॥

क्षीरसमृद्धिः भावाधिपे बलयुते

śobhanavān brilliant, splendid, beautiful; buddhimān intelligent; bhrātṛsaukhyaṁ happiness from brothers; sukhī one who loves pleasure; kṣamāvān patient, enduring, forbearing;
triṁśadvarṣe 30th year; aśvavāhana vehicle pulled by horses; prāpti advent, occurrence;
kṣīra milk; samṛddhi great success or prosperity, welfare, fortune; bhāvādhipe lord of house; balayute strong; aśva a horse, stallion; andolikā: swings; kanaka: golden; caturaṁgādi: 4 parts of an army consisting of elephants, chariots, cavalry and infantry; vṛddhi: growth;
tatra in that case, therein; pāpayute conjoined malefic; pāpakṣetre malefic sign; arinīcage enemy sign or debilitated; balahīne weak; kṣetre property, land, soil; vāhana vehicle; hīna loss, deprived of;
mātṛ mother; kleśavān distress, anguish, pain;
kalatra a wife, consort; antara related, intimate, other; bhogī enjoyment.
Translation: If Venus is in the 4th house, the native will be beautiful, intelligent, will have happiness from brothers, and will be happy and patient by nature.
In his 30th year he will possess conveyances pulled by horses. He will have abundance of milk.
If the lord of the 4th house is strong the native will continually possess more horses, swings/palanquins, gold, elephants, chariots, cavalry and infantry.
If lord of 4th house is weak, conjoined malefic, in a malefic sign, in a sign of enemy or debilitated the native will be without lands or conveyances. His mother will be in distress and he will have illicit relationship with woman other than his wife.
