Translation: The results of the Moon in the tenth house.

पापयुते सप्तविंशतिवर्षे विधवासंगमेन जनविरोधी॥ ५५॥

सत्यकर्मनिरतः कीर्तिमान् दयावान्॥ ५७॥
भावाधिपे बलयुते विशेसत्कर्मसिद्धिः॥ ५८॥
पापनिरिक्षिते पापयुते वा दुष्कृतिः॥ ५९॥

vidyāvān learned, educated, knowledgeable;
pāpayute conjoined malefic; saptaviṁśati 27th; varṣe year; vidhavā husbandless woman, widow; saṁgamena intercourse or association with, contact with; jana people, being; virodhī hostile, adverse, inimical;
atimedhāvī brilliant, beyond intelligent;
satyakarman sincerity in actions, truthfulness; rata pleased, amused, fond of; kīrtimān famous, praised; dayāvān sympathy, compassion;
bhāvādhipe lord of the house; balayute strong or endowed with strength; viśe satkarma good work, virtuous, hospitality; siddhi accomplishment, fulfillment;
pāpanirikṣite aspected by a malefic; pāpayute conjoined malefic; vā or; duṣkṛtiḥ acting wickedly, criminal, evil-doer;
karmavighna impediment to work, obstruction; kara a doer, making, causing.
Translation: If the Moon is in the tenth house the native will achieve high academic attainments. He will be brilliant, will do pious deeds, and will be famous and kind hearted.
If Moon is conjoined malefic, native will have illicit relationship with a widow in his 27th year and will earn bitterness of the people on that account.
If the lord of the tenth house is endowed with strength the native will be highly virtuous. If the Moon is conjoined malefic, person will indulge in sinful deeds and will have to face obstacles in all spheres of his life.
