Translation: The results of the Moon in the fourth house.
राज्याभिशिक्तः अश्ववान् क्षीरसमृद्धिः धनधान्यसमृद्धिः
मतृरोगी॥ १९॥
परस्त्रीस्तनपानकारी॥ २०॥
मिष्ठान्नसम्पन्नः परस्त्रीलोलः सौख्यवान्॥ २१॥
पूर्णचन्द्रं स्वक्षेत्रे बलवान् मतृदीर्घयुः क्षीणचन्द्रे
पापयुते मातृनाशः॥ २२॥
वाहनहीनह् बलयुते वाहनसिद्धिः॥ २३॥
भावाधिपे स्वोच्चे अनेकाश्वादिवाहनसिद्धिः॥ २४॥

rājyābhiśikta inaugurated to kingdom, crowned; aśvavān having horses; kṣīra a milk, sap of several plants; samṛddhiḥ great prosperity, success, growth, increase; dhana wealth; dhānyasamṛddhiḥ prosperity thorough grain and corn; matṛrogī mothers disease or ill health;
parastrī the wife of another, unmarried woman; stanapāna drinking or sucking the breast; kārī action, act;
miṣṭhānna sweet of savory food; sampannaḥ accomplished, turned out well, perfect or correct flavor; parastrī the wife of another, unmarried woman; lola restless, changeable, desirable, greedy; saukhyavān comfortable, one who is happy;
pūrṇacandraṁ full Moon; svakṣetre in own sign; balavān mighty, strong, vigorous; matṛ mother; dīrghayu long life, longevity; kṣīṇacandre waning Moon; pāpayute conjoined malefic; mātṛ mother; nāśa loss, destruction, death;
vāhana driving, riding, vehicle; hīnah left, poor, little; balayute endowed with strength, powerful; vāhana driving, riding, vehicle; siddhiḥ accomplishment, fulfillment;
bhāvādhipe lord or ruler of the house; svocce exalted; anekāśvādi dwelling or abiding in more than one; vāhana vehicle; siddhiḥ accomplishment, fulfillment.
Translation: If the Moon is in the fourth house, person will be crowned as a king (he will get very high status by the Government), he will own many horses (nowadays can indicate many conveyances), he will enjoy increase of agricultural and financial wealth but his mother will be sickly. The native will be brought up on breast milk of woman other than his mother.
He will enjoy plenty of good food and will be happy but he will be desirable of other people’s wives (woman other than his wife).
If the Moon is strong by being full or in its own sign (Cancer) natives mother will be long lived. She will be short lived if the Moon is weak (waning) or conjoined malefic planet.
The weak Moon will also deprive him of the comfort of conveyances whilst strong Moon will give him lots of these comforts. If the lord of the fourth house is exalted, the native will be enjoying (and owning) the comfort of many kinds of conveyances.
