Translation: The results of the Mercury in the fourth house.
हस्तचापल्यवान् धैर्यवान् विशालाक्षः पितृमतृसौख्ययुतः॥ ३२॥
जानवान् सुखी॥ ३३॥
शोडशवर्षे द्रव्यापहाररूपेण अनेक वाहनवान्॥ ३४॥
भावाधिपे बलयुते आन्दोलिका प्राप्तिः॥ ३५॥
राहुकेतुशनियुते वाहनारिष्टवान्॥ ३६॥
क्षेत्रसुखवर्जितः बन्धुकुलद्वेषी कपटी॥ ३७॥

hasta the hand; cāpalyavān mobility, unsteadiness, agitation; dhairyavān calm, patient, composed; viśālākṣa large-eyed; pitṛmatṛsaukhyayuta happiness from father and mother;
jānavān birth, origin, birth place; sukhī one who loves pleasure;
śoḍaśavarṣe 16th year; dravya objects, wealth; apahāra stealing, taking away, spending another person’s property; rūpeṇa form, nature, character, image; aneka not one, much, many; vāhanavān vehicle, conveyance;
bhāvādhipe lord of the house; balayute strong, endowed with strength; āndolikā a swing-cot, palanquin; prāpti obtaining, reaching, arrival;
rāhuketuśaniyute conjoined Rahu, Ketu or Saturn; vāhana vehicle, conveyance; ariṣṭavān unhurt, uninjured;
kṣetra property, land, soil; sukha happy, prosperous; varjita excluded, abandoned, avoided; bandhu relative, relations, association; kula family, community; dveṣī hating, disliking, hostile, enemy; kapaṭī acting deceitfully, fraudulent, dishonest.
Translation: If Mercury is in the fourth house, the native will have very active hands, he will be patient, will have broad eyes and happiness from parents. He will be happy at his place of birth.
In his 16th year he will acquire wealth by dishonest means (possibly stealing) and will acquire many types of conveyances. If lord of the fourth house is strong person will have palanquin in his conveyances.
If Mercury is conjoined Rahu, Ketu or Saturn in the fourth house, person will experience vehicle related accident but will remain unhurt. He will have no land, will have hostile relation with his family and relations and will be deceitful.
