Translation: The results of the Mercury in the eleventh house.
बहुमंगलप्रदः॥ ७१॥
अनेक प्रकारेण धनवान्॥ ७२॥
एकोनविंशतिवर्षदुपरि क्षेत्रपुत्रधनवान् दयावान्॥ ७३॥
पापर्क्षे पापयुते हीनमूलेन धनलोपः॥ ७४॥
उच्चस्वक्षेत्रे शुभमूलेन धनवान्॥ ७५॥

ekonaviṁśativarṣadupari kṣetraputradhanavān dayāvān || 73||
pāparkṣe pāpayute hīnamūlena dhanalopaḥ || 74||
uccasvakṣetre śubhamūlena dhanavān || 75||
bahu many, abundance; maṁgalaprada auspicious giving, yielding or offering;
aneka many, not one; prakāreṇa way, mode, manner, kind; dhanavān wealthy, rich;
ekona thus; viṁśativarṣa 21st year; dupari onwards, after; kṣetra property, land, soil; putra child, a son; dhanavān wealthy, rich; dayāvān taking pity on, compassionate;
pāparkṣe in a malefic sign; pāpayute conjoined malefic; hīnamūlena rootless, inauspicious deeds or actions; dhanalopa destruction or loss of wealth;
ucca exalted; svakṣetre own sign; śubhamūlena auspicious deeds or actions; dhanavān wealthy, rich.
Translation: If Mercury is in the eleventh house the native will perform many auspicious ceremonies. He will acquire wealth through many sources.
After the age of 21 he will acquire properties, will be blessed with children, wealth and will be compassionate.
If Mercury is in a malefic sign or conjoined malefic planet, the native will suffer loss of wealth on account of sinful deeds. If Mercury is exalted (Virgo) or in own sign (Gemini), the native will earn wealth by performing auspicious deeds.
