Translation: If Rahu or Ketu is in the seventh house the native will have two wives. From among them, the first wife will die and the second wife will suffer from chronic disease (enlargement of spleen).

If Rahu or Ketu are conjoined with a malefic the native will suffer from a disease called ‘Ganda mala’. This will not happen if there is association with a benefic.

The native will generally have two wives but there will be only one wife if Rahu or Ketu is in conjunction with a benefic.
