Translation: The results of the Moon in the seventh house.

mṛdu soft, delicate, tender; bhāṣī speech, language; pārśva animal; netra eyes; dvātriṁśad 32nd; varṣe year; strī a wife, woman; yukta joined, attached;
strī wife, a woman; lola restless, unsteady; strī wife, a woman; mūlena originating from, root, origin; graṁthi joint of the body, knot, tie; śastrā knife, instrument; adi others; pīḍā injury, harm, damage;
raja a king, chief; prasāda kindness, favor; lābha obtaining, gaining;
bhāvādhipe lord of the house; balayute endowed with strength, powerful; strīdvayam two wife’s;

Translation: If the Moon is in the seventh house the native will be soft spoken and will get a wife in his 32nd year. He will have some defect in his eyes and will be fond of woman. He will have to undergo surgery caused by contacts with woman.
He will receive favors from king (Government).
If the lord of the seventh house is strong he will have two wives. If the Moon is weak (waning) there will be loss of wife. If the Moon is full, or powerful by placement in the sign of exaltation (Taurus), native will have only one wife and he will enjoy in all comforts and luxuries that are available to him.
